Revolve Aerial Dance is a school and performing company specializing in circus apparatuses like aerial silks, sling, hammock and trapeze.  Our classes are non-competitive and emphasize life-long health and creativity.  We welcome men and women, young and not-so-young, and beginners through advanced aerialists.

History

Julianna Gaillard Hane founded Revolve in 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah.  The company has offered aerial classes, performances, workshops and residencies throughout the state of Utah as well as in Charlotte, NC.  As a native of South Carolina returning home after graduate school, Julianna moved the company to Charleston, SC in 2010.

Our mission is to provide excellence in aerial arts training and performance with an emphasis on building strength, adaptability, self-confidence, creativity and personal uniqueness within a supportive community environment.
